Features of Tokyo Takanawa Hospital

Providing advanced medical care

We provide the right support to patients with severe heart or brain diseases or other conditions that could change suddenly.

In order to provide intensive care for patients with severe diseases, we use advanced devices (MRI, CT, cardiovascular imaging devices, brain/abdominal vascular imaging devices, lithotripters, etc.) to support quality medical care.

Thorough rehabilitation services

We help patients make an early return to society with the right medical care and functional training.

Our hospital has not only the department of orthopedic surgery but also therapy rooms for providing effective rehabilitation services after surgery for heart or brain diseases, and they are spacious enough to fulfill the standards for the facilities. The rooms are equipped with devices for treatment and training in order to accelerate the recovery of patient functions through newly added occupational therapy and effective training.

Reliable emergency medical care for sudden illness and accidents

We have a 24-hour examination system in place to support emergency patients.

We have enhanced our performance through installation of our emergency examination rooms and increased the number of staff, and established a system for nighttime and off-hours care in order to smoothly accept patients. We aim to help provide medical care (internal medicine and surgery) for secondary emergency medical care facilities in Tokyo.
