Our hospital upholds the philosophy of "Providing safe medical care with heartfelt compassion." This philosophy is a message directed toward everyone who visits our hospital, including people from other countries. To ensure that all patients receive appropriate medical care, language assistance may sometimes be necessary.

To support foreign patients in receiving proper medical care with peace of mind, we have established an International Assistance Desk within our hospital and assigned dedicated staff members to assist them.

Currently, our International Assistance Desk staff provides support in English, Russian, Mandarin and Cantonese. For languages not covered by our staff, we utilize translation devices to assist with communication. If you need language assistance, please feel free to consult the International Assistance Desk.

Interpretation Service Fee

Free for Minato-ku and Shinagawa-ku Japanese public insurance holder.
For Japanese public insurance holder living in other areas, \1,000 (tax exclusive) per department. 
For non-Japanese public insurance holder, interpretation fee has already been included in their 200% medical charge.
